i lost the book, i wanted to know if the characters leonard and lily from james frey%26#039;s %26quot;a million little pieces%26quot; have died. i just started reading the book %26quot;my friend leonard%26quot; also by james frey, and i saw lily had died, though, i thought she died in a million little pieces.

Yes they both die. Lily hangs herself the day he gets out of jail (though he never really was in jail) and Leonard dies of HIV. Pax - C
