My sister is having a baby girl, and she wants me to be the baby%26#039;s god mother, and she also wants me to name her baby. What do you all think of Lily Alannah, and any other suggestions?

Reply:I love the name Alannah. I knew an Allana (same pronunciation), and everyone always commented on how beautiful her name was. I think it blends together too well with Lily, though. Lily Alaina (pronounced Uh-lane-uh or El-lane-uh) sounds very similar, but the two names don%26#039;t sound so squished together when you say them out loud. You could also spell it Lily Alainna.
