Lily pollen stains?
Stain Devils (from Tesco, Adsa, etc) do a remover for pollen stains, i%26#039;ve used it myself and it works.
Reply:If it%26#039;s a white shirt, use bleach. Or try leaving it in soak over night in soap powder or salt.
Reply:Go buy some Oxi-Clean granules, and then make up a strong solution using hot water. Let the shirt soak in it overnight, and then launder as usual in the machine. I had stamen pollen on a jumper, and Oxi-Clean took it right out. Nothing else that I tried worked at all, including Vanish.
Reply:Oxi-Clean! I use it on everything. You can get a nice sized spray bottle of it at Wal-Mart for less than $3 and it will last a long time. I don%26#039;t use regular bleach anymore as it is not safe for colors or the fabric. Oxi-Clean is GREAT!!
Reply:sorry i misread the question and thought it said lily allen stains lol...yuk....
Reply:Try a small taste of washing up liquid or vanish soap with luke warm water.
Reply:If this happens again , first think to do is not to rub it off, take off as much pollen with sellotape. Soak in cold water, then add a small amount of dish washing detergent, Leave for a few min´s , then wash on a cold wash 30Âșc. Hang outside in the sun, and the sun will bleach out any remaining stain´s the natural way, But sure it will come out , this way
